What are concrete slabs?

Our Concrete Slab Installation Process

As with the process we follow the following steps:

 

Step 1: Preparation on site

We use the same procedure regardless of the size concrete slab project we're working on. Preparing the site is the very first step in all of our projects. We remove all trace of contamination so that we can begin from scratch. We make sure all the necessary materials are readily available in preparation. We schedule the delivery of the materials prior to the actual work begins. This allows us start and finish the project in the quickest time.

 

Step 2: Make Concrete Forms using Steel and reinforce Concrete Slabs using Steel

Once the site is clean and prepared, we begin with the installation of concrete forms using wire mesh. Concrete forms are strong barriers that keep concrete mix in place. They create a solid barrier that holds the concrete mix. Rebar is a method of strengthening concrete for larger structures. This helps concrete surfaces become stronger.

 

Step 3: Mixing Concrete Mix

To facilitate the process, we use the concrete truck. It helps ensure concrete materials are mixed properly. Sometimes, we do manual mixing. But, the majority of concrete mixers are needed for projects.

 

Step 4: Pouring Concrete

Once done mixing concrete, we pour a concrete slab into the molds. To ensure that there are no air pockets, we cautiously pour the concrete mix. Air pockets can be created by too little mortar being used in the spaces around the aggregate. When pouring concrete, we ensure that we evenly disperse the mix across the form.
